Learning to give and receive feedback is a skill trained and honed over time. With my training and experience as a facilitator for Stanford’s famed “touchy feely” course, your team will learn interpersonal skills needed to give actionable, honest and empathy-driven feedback, while also learning to “get comfortable” asking for direct feedback. I will employ my training leading T-groups to help set a framework for an ongoing approach your team can use once the facilitated training is completed.
